DESCRIPTION:In April 2023 the USEPA proposed a wide-ranging suite of environmental regulatory amendments broadly applicable to hundreds of facilities within the USA chemicals industry. The proposed rules affect 10 NESHAP/MACT subparts and 4 NSPS subparts with costly capital improvements and expensive monitoring programs being required.
